Why did I get an email from you?
A business you recently dealt with uses our service to ask customers for feedback. They asked us to send the request on their behalf. The business name is shown in the email.
Leaving a review is always optional. There's no cost and nothing to sign up for.

Is this safe?
Yes. Our emails:
- Link directly to the business's Google review page
- Never ask for passwords, payment or personal details
- Are sent only on behalf of businesses you've dealt with

Common questions
Do I have to leave a review?
No. It's completely up to you, and nothing happens if you don't.
Can I leave an honest review, good or bad?
Yes. Every customer gets the same link to Google, and we don't screen or filter reviews. Your honest experience is what helps other people.
Who posts the review?
You do. The link takes you to Google, where you write and post the review under your own Google account. We never post on your behalf.
How do I stop receiving these emails?
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Or email reviews@reviewrequest.com.au with "unsubscribe" and we'll remove you.
Privacy
We only use your name and email to send review requests on behalf of the business you dealt with. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't send marketing emails.
